To help everything run smoothly during our busiest time of year, please take a look at our festive booking policy.
Card details required
No payment is taken when you book.
-Cancellation notice-
Tables of 10 or fewer require one week's notice, while tables of 11 or more require two weeks' notice. Late cancellations will incur a £10 per person charge.
-Changes to guest numbers-
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your booking to avoid a £10 per person charge for guests who do not attend.
-Pre-orders-
All Christmas menu pre-orders are required one week before your booking.
-Food cancellations-
Pre-ordered meals cancelled with less than 8 hours' notice will be charged in full.
-Large parties-
Groups of more than 12 guests may be seated across adjacent tables, and everyone in your party must dine from the Christmas menu.
-Service charge-
A 10% service charge is automatically added to tables of 10 or more, and every penny goes directly to the team working that shift. If you'd prefer it removed, just let us know.
❤️ A Different Kind of Christmas Tradition
This year, instead of providing Christmas crackers, we'll be making a donation to Blonde Angel Street Team, a Bristol charity supporting people experiencing homelessness.
If you'd still like crackers on your table, you're very welcome to bring your own. 🎁
